Tabouleh is often described as a Lebanese salad.  Unlike a tradional salad, the ingrediants in tabouleh are finely chopped.  Tabouleh consists of finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion and cracked wheat.  The mixture is then seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and peper.

Fattoush is essentially a "bread salad".  Fattoush contains lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions and pita chips as croutons.  The dressing is a combination of olive oil, lemon juice and spices.

Hummus is a traditional Lebanese side made of crushed chick peas, tahini oil, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice.  It is a delicious side that goes with nearly any meal.  It is normally eaten with pita bread.
