Bazella with Meat over Rice  
This is a classic Lebanese dish. It is a hearty stew with meat, peas, and carrots in a tomato based sauce. It is gently spiced and served over a bed of rice

Eggplant baked in a perfectly spiced meat sauce over a bed of rice. The name of this delicious meal says it all. The name literaly translates to "stuffed sheikh."  You will not only be stuffed, but very satisfied

Tabouleh 
Tabouleh is often described as a Lebanese salad. Unlike a tradional salad, the ingrediants in tabouleh are finely chopped. Tabouleh consists of finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion and cracked wheat. The mixture is then seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
Fattoush
Fattoush is essentially a "bread salad." Fattoush contains lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, and pita chips as croutons. The dressing is a combination of olive oil, lemon juice, and spices. Fattoush is served with pita bread
Hummus 
Hummus is a traditional Lebanese side made of crushed chick peas, tahini oil, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. It is a delicious side that goes with nearly any meal.  It is normally eaten with pita bread
Baba Ghannouj 
Baba ghannouj is a Lebanese side that is very similar to hummus. However, baba ghannouj is made with eggplant instead of chick peas, giving it a more textured and tart taste. It is also traditionally eaten with pita bread
